We learned how many expenses were not covered by insurance which led to additional burdens to bear. When young adults are diagnosed with cancer at such an early age their ‘dream of family’ can be crushed while they are trying to deal with the fact that they have cancer. Out of this came Team Maggie For A Cure, Inc. DBA Team Maggie’s Dream a 501(c)3 to help other young adults to be aware of their options and have the money to keep their 'dream of family' alive so they can focus on BEATING Cancer and Living.
